Surveys for a new or replacement boiler are completely free and our engineers will be happy to advise you on what is best for your household requirements.

  • Call us to book a convenient time for our Engineer to visit.
  • Our qualified Engineer will talk to you about your requirements and carry out comprehensive survey and recommend a system that will meet you specific needs.
  • We will arrange an installation date that's most convenient to you and a member of our team will call in advance to advise you of name of your engineer and time of arrival. When our Engineer arrives he will explain what he is going to do and answer any questions you may have. Once the system is installed, he will demonstrate how the system and controls work so you are confident in using the system.

Although Glow-worm and Keston boilers are our preferred boiler manufacturers, we will gladly install a boiler of your choice.

Glow-worm and Keston boilers come with a 2 year warranty and we are at hand to deal with any concerns that you may have following the installation.

In accordance with modern efficiency guidelines, Ampella will only install Sedbuk A rated condensing boilers.
